This is a senior finance leadership role with full ownership of UK multi-entity reporting, cashflow management, compliance, and financial governance. The successful candidate will also oversee Czech & Speaker from a group reporting perspective. This position requires a systems-oriented leader who can streamline accounting workflows, introduce automation, and leverage AI and technology to improve efficiency, visibility, and reporting accuracy across the finance function.
This role will build and lead the Philippines finance team. The structure is expected to expand to four members within 12 months. The Senior Finance Lead will recruit, manage, develop, and performance-manage the team while implementing clear KPIs, reporting standards, and accountability frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close across multiple UK entities
- Prepare consolidated management accounts and board-level reporting
- Oversee UK VAT compliance and external accountant liaison
- Manage budgets, rolling forecasts, and cashflow planning
- Monitor site-level profitability and working capital performance
- Design and implement scalable accounting processes
- Drive automation across bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting
- Introduce AI and technology efficiencies to streamline workflows
- Implement structured internal controls and governance procedures
- Recruit, lead, and develop a growing finance team
Experience Required
- Minimum 7 years UK accounting experience
- Strong IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge
- Multi-entity reporting background
- Proven experience managing and developing finance staff
- Demonstrated track record improving systems and processes
- Experience implementing automation or AI-driven efficiencies
- Advanced Excel capability
- Strong commercial mindset and leadership presence
