Martin English has consulted for over 50 of the world’s leading organisations in over 30 different countries.
He grew up in Yorkshire, but his management consulting expertise has taken him to share it around the world. He is a multi-disciplinary professional with experience in strategy, performance improvement, and supply chain management and has worked in a range of industries like finance, F&B, engineering, retail, telecommunications, oil and gas, and IT. His past clients include O2, Telstra, Cisco, British American Tobacco, Philippine Airlines, Telcom New Zealand (Spark), Bank of America, Aviva, Lloyds, Ministry of Defense, BAE Systems, EBAY, BP, Shell, Siemens.
Phil Murphy
Founding Partner & CEO
Phil has 34 years of experience within the contact center industry in Australia, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom.
He is a highly respected and prominent leader within the industry. Holding a Bachelor of Economics degree, Phil has consistently achieved remarkable results for clients across diverse industries, including government, banking and finance, telecommunications, energy, retail and healthcare. Phil uses his in-depth knowledge of customer experience to solution end to end customer lifecycle strategies that combine leading edge digital technologies with strong operational delivery. Phil is based in Sydney Australia but fondly calls the Philippines his second home having spent 12 years in the Philippines managing operational teams of up to 10,000 employees.
