Frequently Asked Questions

The $190 covers the full EOR service in the Philippines: DOLE-aligned employment contracts, onboarding, monthly payroll processing, DOLE-compliant payslips, statutory administration and remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), 13th-month handling, standard offboarding, and support. It’s a flat platform fee per employee, designed for transparent budgeting. Salary and employer statutory contributions are billed at cost, separate from the $190 fee.
Employee base salary, employer statutory shares (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), optional HMO/health plans, equipment purchases, allowances/stipends, and any role-specific benefits are pass-through items billed at cost. If you need add-ons (e.g., private healthcare, meal or transport allowances), they can be added to payroll and reflected on payslips. We’ll show these as separate line items for clarity and audit readiness.
No. There are no FX markups, setup fees, or exit fees in our model. You pay the flat $190 per employee per month for the EOR service, plus salary and statutory contributions at cost. We keep currency conversion transparent and bill using clearly itemized invoices. If you require non-standard services, we’ll quote them up front so there are no surprises later.

Inpatient care – Private room, doctors’ fees, medicines, diagnostics, surgery, and hospital facilities during confinement.
Outpatient care – Consultations, laboratory tests, minor procedures, and treatment for minor injuries.
Emergency care – ER treatment in accredited hospitals, ambulance service, and reimbursements for care in non-accredited facilities or abroad (within limits).
Preventive care – Annual physical exam and selected vaccinations (e.g. animal bites, tetanus).
Special benefits – Life insurance with accidental death coverage, therapies (as specified), and optional dental benefits

We enroll eligible employees and administer employer/employee shares, compute contributions, and remit monthly according to agency schedules. 13th-month pay is accrued and paid per Philippine law and your policy. All amounts appear on DOLE-compliant payslips and in payroll journals. Remittance files and official receipts are stored for audit, and we can provide summaries during reviews or due diligence.

Typical onboarding takes about 3 business days from document sign-off to first payroll cut-off. We’ll need the job offer, compensation details, and employee KYC (IDs, tax/SSS numbers, bank info). We also align your payroll calendar, cut-offs, and approval flow. Once complete, the employee is activated in payroll and appears in the next cycle with statutory coverage.

You receive a monthly invoice in USD showing: (1) EOR platform fees ($190 × headcount), and (2) pass-through items (salaries, employer statutory, approved add-ons). We align invoice timing to your payroll cycle and provide supporting payroll registers. Payment terms are standard net terms; if you require purchase orders or vendor forms, we’ll help complete them during onboarding.
