Recruitment and Hiring Timeline

Recruitment and candidate selection are included in the standard EOR management fee, with no separate recruitment charge.

The hiring timeline depends on the role, candidate availability, interview process, background checks, documentation, approvals, and funding requirements.

An existing employee may be onboarded in as little as five business days once the agreement, employee information, required documentation, payroll funding and security deposit are complete. This is a possible timeline, not a guarantee.

Payroll and Employee Payments

Global BPO Solution Philippines Inc. manages payroll administration for employees under the EOR arrangement.

The standard payroll cycle is:

  • Work period from the 1st to the 15th of the month
  • Work period from the 16th to the last day of the month
  • Invoice issued by the fifth calendar day after each work period
  • Customer funding cleared within eight calendar days of the invoice
  • Salary paid on the 15th and 30th, or the next business day where applicable

Global BPO Solution Philippines Inc. is not required to advance its own funds where customer payroll funding has not been received.

Benefits and Healthcare

Statutory benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and 13th-month pay, are administered as required under Philippine employment rules.

Private healthcare or HMO coverage is not automatically included in the standard EOR management fee. It may be available upon request and, where applicable, is treated as an employee-related pass-through cost.

PhilHealth should not be confused with private HMO or private healthcare coverage.

Data Security and Intellectual Property

Your company controls access to systems, documents, financial data, customer information and internal workflows. Use least-privilege permissions, multi-factor authentication, confidentiality controls and prompt access removal during offboarding.

Under standard SOS EOR terms, intellectual property and work product created by assigned employees while providing services to your business vest in your business, with any required assignments handled through the employment arrangement.

Document any role-specific confidentiality, data-handling, software-licensing and intellectual-property requirements before access is granted.
